Jaguar in the Body, Butterfly in the Heart by Ya'Acov Darling Khan
Let me share a prediction with you. Once you pick this book up, you’re not going to want to put it down. It will blow your mind and blow your heart open too. And I own my bias; I am Ya’Acov’s wife. However, I am not alone in feeling this. There are stunning reviews from many well known and respected people from many fields in the book. Here is one review from Debra Hall, one of the first to read the whole published book and give feedback: "There's a beautiful, modern greek word - Meraki which means to leave a piece of yourself -either your soul, creativity or love in your work. This book has all three and the feeling of soulfulness, love and honesty is visceral and very affecting. I found myself feeling very emotional right from the beginning in both explicable and inexplicable ways. It is no small feat to write about yourself, your life and what has mattered, still matters most to you from the incommensurable- the part which is completely unique but has a longing to share itself in order to be an inspiration, blessing and shelter to others. This book has done that with generous abundance. At the same time as being a fantastic, compelling piece of story telling embedded with wisdom, it is also a call to the soul in each one of us to overcome whatever inner and outer obstacles we face and become fully ourselves, not perfect, (the sharing of perceived imperfections and mistakes is one of the most beautiful aspects of the book) but who we know in our heart of hearts we can and deeply want to be. I love it, I can't recommend it enough." Debra Hall

Sasha and Olga: by Eva Maria Chapman

We totally recommend this amazing, true, healing and redemptive book. It is the extra-ordinary story of Eva's journey to find and heal her roots.  Eva was the child of East European immigrants who had survived Stalin and the SS. This is the story, beautifully and honestly told, of her search to discover the detail of her parentís stories, to re-connect with her surviving relatives, to heal the wounds that can be healed, and to bear witness to the human tragedy which just is.

"She has a voice" by Caroline Carey

'SHE has a Voice'    Caroline Carey's first poetry book. A writer of her own autobiography ëMsíGuided Angelí (published in 2010) and subsequent book 'Reclaimed Innocence' (2012) Caroline compiled her poetry from her books and more, after popular request. Her poems are not of the ordinary and encourage the reader or listener to dig deeply into their own imagination and sense the subtle yet life affirming words that make Caroline's poems a treasure trove with soulful connections to the human, the natural and the animal worlds. Here you can journey to the corners of your mind often not explored, to the further most reaches of your heart and tap into emotions that may never have been brought to life. You may wonder at your own imagination and where you have left it behind! What ever you find hidden in-between the words and sentences, in the gaps between the pages, you can be assured there is magic lurking, if you dare to look!
Many of us struggle with our voices, speaking out and singing our own songs. Caroline encourages you, the reader, to find YOUR own voice, to speak the words that are hidden, to reveal your own secrets to the world and step into being just who you really are. For we ALL Have A Voice.

Ms'Guided Angel' by Caroline Carey

Written by Caroline Carey, a Movement Medicine teacher and student who has taken the journey through a 5 Rhythms training, brought up six children and healed from sexual abuse and challenging relationships. She shares her dance, poetry and shamanic journey. An honest and thought provoking story for her readers.
Despite growing up in idyllic English countryside, dwelling in enchanted gardens and riding ponies, Caroline's intriguing life was shadowed by a dark presence. At 16 and pregnant she was thrust into working class poverty, with a blind boyfriend, and betting offices. With determination and her wild imagination, she unleashes the free dancing spirit that has been her saving grace throughout childhood. Rearing her six children and coping with a succession of dramatic and challenging relationships, she delves into the world of shamanism, ritual and medicine, on her way to becoming a mystical teacher. She discovers the passion of moving her body and connecting with her heart, can transform every aspect of her life. Her work is very original, provocative, challenging, sexy, raw and full of passionate fiery wisdom. Could these unique teachings, journeys and insights, show us that falling deeply in love with our own lives and accepting it as an adventure, be a way forward for us all?

Reclaimed Innocence by Caroline Carey

'Reclaimed Innocence'  Anyone who has experienced extreme trauma in their childhood will know something of feeling numb, of detachment and the inability to be fully present in day-to-day living. Shock and trauma can detach us from reality, from relationships and from what we love. We try to avoid situations that remind us of that original trauma but in order to fulfill our lives we need to find a way to re-enter the world and face what has happened in the past. Caroline seeks ways to acknowledge the innocent within us all, as well as searching for more authentic ways in which to overcome our difficulties as humans.
